We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, to best serve all our clients, we require that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Please be aware that failure to cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of your scheduled services. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any prior notification will be charged 75% of the scheduled service cost.
Additionally, we maintain a 10-minute grace period for appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late and we are unable to accommodate your full service, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and you will still be subject to the cancellation fee.
